I manage organizational infrastructure, including the website, communications systems, compliance, and internal workflows, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations. I also oversee fundraising and financial planning, managing a budget exceeding $45,000, and support the organization’s policy incubation program, which helps students develop and advance original policy initiatives
